Dermaroller

Dermarolling remoulds the skin by creating thousands of microscopic channels through the skin, increasing the formation of new tissue by activating the body’s wound healing cascade (hemostasisinflammation-proliferationtissue remodelling). The micro-channelling causes the release of growth factors that promote scar-less healing and the deposition of normal woven collagen rather than scar collagen. Basically it tricks your skin into thinking it’s experiencing trauma (I promise you, it’s really not!) and that faux trauma alerts collagen to rush to the surface and start repairing. Since there is nothing to repair, it just grows new collagen that helps diminish wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, and various other skin irregularities.
